Previously offered as a complimentary service, we now charge a small fee of $4 per skein for winding your yarn into neat cakes/balls — ready for you to cast on with no fuss.
Why the change?
Because this part of the process is lovingly done by my dad 💛 — and while it takes time and care, it’s become a sweet part of our little yarn story. This small fee goes straight into his pocket money fund (aka his snack jar 😉🍪).
When you select this option, you’re not just supporting an indie dyer — you’re supporting a father-daughter team with heart and hustle behind every skein.

Care Instructions
Gentle hand wash in cold water and dry flat under shade. Due to the nature of the dye, some bleeding may occur. Wash dark colors separately.
Each skein is unique. While they may be hand dyed in the same lot, the tones may vary from one skein to another.
As with all hand dyed yarns, I would recommend that you use two skeins at a time, alternating from every couple of rows/ rounds (unless it is a one-skein project).
All fibres are hand washed, but due to the nature of the dye, some bleeding may occur. Recommended hand washing separately and lay flat to dry.
